Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously, and we do not share your information with anyone unless we are required to do so by law, you request us to share your information, or by order of a court.

If we agree to represent you as your attorney, you will be entitled to the attorney-client privilege provided under Florida law. This privilege is not absolute and must be safeguarded by you. If you upload anything, redact any confidential information first. If we need access to your confidential information, we’ll ask for it, usually in person or during a telephone call.
