Intellectual Property Paralegal
Eileen is an intellectual property paralegal and international patent clerk.
She is responsible for communications with foreign IP counsel, docketing, reminders and preparation and filing of routine paperwork with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Eileen is the main reason that our flat fees are reasonable, because she takes care of the routine tasks that would otherwise be billed at a higher rate, and she keeps clients informed about every step in the patent and trademark process.
Her decades of experience as an intellectual property paralegal gives Paradies® law a distinct advantage, offering our clients low cost, global representation through a network of foreign counsel, in every major patent office around the world.
In addition, Eileen helps with the iPscaling process, working behind the scenes to docket follow-ups and timely calls to action.
