Abtach Ltd., 360 Digital Marketing LLC, and Retrocube LLC operated a series of low-cost trademark filing and design websites that were used to defraud trademark owners, according to the USPTO. The investigation by the trademark office uncovered significant fraud resulting in over 5,500 invalidly filed applications. The trademark office has terminated those applications.
